The Council of Ministers has endorsed two regulations that will enhance the country’s efforts towards developing local vaccine manufacturing capacity
Today, is a huge milestone for this initiative as the Council of Minister’s has endorsed the regulations for the establishment of ShieldVax Enterprise which is being established for the manufacturing of human vaccines and other biological, as well as the regulation for the establishment of Ethio-BioPharma Group, an umbrella enterprise that will include the existing National Veterinary Institute (NVI) known for its long service in veterinary vaccine manufacturing and the newly established ShieldVax Enterprise.
